Turner Estate Solutions (a wholly owned subsidiary of Turner Facilities Management), has been awarded a 30 month extension of the Regional Prime Contract (Scotland) with Defence Estates (DE).

The contract extension marks 7 years of working in partnership with Defence Estates (DE) to deliver the Prime Contract across the Ministry of Defence (MoD) estate in Scotland.  This covers a diverse range of RAF, Navy and Army sites, in addition to  accommodation for Service personnel and their families.

Over the course of the contract Turner Estate Solutions have successfully completed a wide variety of work, from new build accommodation to runway maintenance and from estate rationalisation to estate investment planning to meet  Defence Estates strategic vision: to deliver an estate of the right size and quality.

The contract extension will run until March 2013.
